1、 Overview

2、 Purpose and Characteristics
The CWFJ series ultrafine air classifier is suitable for particle
separation, iron removal, fiber removal, and selection in powder
processing in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and
non-metallic minerals. For example, the selection of gypsum powder,
calcium carbonate, and other non-metallic minerals, as well as the iron
removal and particle separation of feldspar, quartz, and barite.
Materials that easily form precipitates, such as pigments, dyes,
insecticides, resins, cement, and amorphous limestone, chalk, E-PVC, and
inorganic powders in fillers, can be classified. At the same time,
different density materials such as recycled rubber can be separated
from fiber impurities, and special industrial ultrafine particles can be
used
The extraction of powders, such as magnetic powders, has a wide range of applications.
The characteristics of this machine are as follows:
1. This machine is a dry material air classifier with the most advanced
turbine classification principle in the world today: a classification
turbine with secondary air intake and continuously variable speed. The
combination of the classification turbine and the dynamic airflow
sealing device is the first of its kind in China and internationally
leading. The classification accuracy is high, the classification range
is wide, and the finished product particle size can be adjusted between
3-150um. In general, ultrafine powders with a content of less than 5um
and over 97% can be obtained;
2. The blades of the graded impeller
are made of special high-strength wear-resistant materials, which
greatly improve the stability of high-speed operation, have a longer
service life, and greatly reduce the deposition of micro powder in the
discharge pipe when handling viscous and cohesive materials;
3. The
structure of this series of high-efficiency turbine classifiers designed
with computer-aided design is more compact and easy to operate. The
thousand mile turbine volute design reduces the noise of the classifiers
and ensures smooth operation;
4. It can form a closed-loop system
with various mechanical crushers or airflow crushers, and can also
perform material classification processing separately;
5. This
machine occupies less space, has a simple and compact structure, is easy
to operate, has fewer vulnerable parts, and is low-cost;
6. Low vibration, low noise, smooth operation, easy maintenance and cleaning, high degree of automation.
This machine mainly utilizes the screening theory of the turbine
grading wheel: the balance between the centrifugal force generated by
the rotating turbine and the centripetal force formed by the air. Its
main working principle: During operation, the material is fed into the
lower box of the classifier with a primary air, which acts as a sieve
for the material, causing the particles to be fully dispersed and rise
to the classification zone. Due to the high-speed rotation of the
grading impeller, particles are subjected to both centrifugal force
generated by the grading impeller and centripetal force generated by the
viscous effect of the airflow. When the centrifugal force received by
the particles is greater than the centripetal force, that is, coarse
particles above the grading diameter rotate down the container wall, and
the external secondary air is rectified into a uniform vortex through
the guiding part, separating the fine powder mixed or adhered to the
coarse powder completely. After separation, the coarse particles are
discharged from the lower coarse particle port; Fine particles below the
graded diameter enter the cyclone separator with the airflow, are
collected by the collector, and the purified gas is discharged from the
induced draft fan. By adjusting the speed of the driving motor and the
size of the secondary air intake, the best grading effect can be
achieved.
Due to the fact that the multi wheel classifier developed
by our company feeds raw materials and partially graded air into the
classifier, it is easy to match with ultrafine crushers (such as air
flow mills) that transport products with air, without the need for a
separation process between raw materials and air flow.
