The HTC series high-efficiency turbo ultrafine classifier is an ultrafine grading device suitable for grading low to medium hardness ultrafine powder materials, with all performance indicators meeting the standards. This machine is equipped with secondary air intake and high-precision turbine, which can obtain fine materials with a fineness of up to 3 microns. The rotor made of special materials can be graded, and high hardness materials are widely used in the processing of ultrafine powders in industries such as chemistry, medicine, food, and non-metallic minerals for particle separation, iron removal, and selection.

product details

1、 Overview

The HTC series high-efficiency turbo ultrafine classifier is an ultrafine grading equipment introduced by our company with advanced foreign technology, suitable for grading low to medium hardness ultrafine powder materials. Its performance indicators have reached the international standards of similar models. The machine is equipped with secondary air inlet and high-precision turbine, which can obtain fine materials up to 3 microns. The rotor made of special materials can grade high hardness materials, and is widely used in ultrafine powder processing in industries such as chemistry, medicine, food, non-metallic minerals, etc. for particle separation, iron removal, and selection.

2、 Purpose and Characteristics

The HTC high-efficiency turbo ultrafine classifier is suitable for particle separation, iron removal, fiber removal, and selection in powder processing in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and non-metallic minerals. For example, the selection of mineral powder and calcium carbonate in non-metallic minerals, as well as the iron removal processing and particle separation of heavy feldspar and quartz ores. The classification of inorganic powders in materials that easily form precipitates, such as pigments, pigments, insecticides, resin cement, and amorphous limestone, chalk, E-PVC, and fillers. It can also separate fiber impurities from materials of different densities, such as recycled rubber, and extract special industrial ultrafine powders, such as powders, with a wide range of applications.

The characteristics of this machine are as follows

1. This machine is a thousand type material air classifier, which has the most advanced turbine classification principle in the world today. It is equipped with a secondary air inlet and a continuously variable speed classification turbine. The combination of the classification turbine and it is the first and internationally leading dynamic airflow sealing device in China. The classification accuracy is high, the classification range is wide, and the finished product particle size can be adjusted between 3-150um. In general, ultrafine powder with a content of less than 5un and over 97% can be obtained; 2. The blades of the graded impeller are made of special high-strength wear-resistant materials, which greatly improve the stability of high-speed operation and have a longer service life. When dealing with viscous and cohesive materials, it greatly reduces the deposition of micro powder in the discharge pipe. The structure of the high-efficiency turbine classifier designed with computer-aided design is more compact and the operation is more convenient. The advanced turbine volute design makes the classifier quieter and runs very smoothly;

4. This machine occupies less space, has a simple and compact structure, is easy to operate, has fewer vulnerable parts, and is low in cost: 6. It has low vibration, low noise, smooth operation, easy maintenance and cleaning, and high degree of automation.

3、 Equipment structure and working principle

The HTC series high-efficiency turbine ultrafine classifier consists of a feed vortex shell with dispersed guide vanes on the upper part and a high-speed backward multi blade classification impeller. The classification impeller and outlet are sealed with dynamic airflow; The lower part is a secondary sorting device with a secondary air inlet device. The main structure is shown in Figure 1

This machine mainly utilizes the screening theory of turbine classification: the balance between the centrifugal force generated by the rotating turbine and the centripetal force formed by the air. Its main working principle is that the material to be classified is sucked into the classification chamber by high-pressure negative pressure suction through the feeding machine. Here, it is first dispersed and guided by the blades, and is subjected to a strong and powerful centrifugal force field near the vortex shell and classification turbine. The fine powder that meets the requirements is sucked out of the classification impeller and collected by the collection device. The coarse material falls into the lower box, where it is dispersed again due to the influence of secondary air intake. The fine powder mixed in the coarse powder enters the classification area again with the airflow, and the coarse material falls down along the inner wall and is collected by the shut-off fan. Due to the special sealing mechanism used between the turbine and the upper casing, the sealing effect is very superior and the discharge particle size is more uniform. By adjusting the speed of the driving motor and the size of the secondary air intake, the best grading effect can be achieved.
