Purpose and Characteristics

This machine is suitable for crushing low to medium hardness materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, coating, pesticide, non-metallic mineral, food, tobacco, feed, plastic, plant fiber, solid waste reuse, health products and cosmetics, additive industry, and recycled rubber.

1. This model integrates shear impact crushing and ultrafine grading, and is used for ultrafine crushing, shaping, and dispersing of tough and fibrous materials. It is an effective solution for wet processing and dispersing and grading of agglomerated materials after drying. It can be connected to a classifier to form a production line for protein separation and extraction of agricultural products, such as pea protein and wheat protein.

2. The particle size range of the finished product is adjustable from 2um to 180um, and the particle size range is finer compared to ordinary mechanical grinding! After entering the machine through the bottom feeding port, the material is quickly dispersed by the hammer on the rotor and scattered around the stator, entering the crushing zone composed of the rotor and stator. The rotor rotates at high speed, generating a large amount of air vortices. Under the dual action of air vortices and centrifugal force, materials collide with each other and undergo shear and grinding between the rotor and stator, achieving ultrafine crushing of materials. The crushed material enters the classification zone under the drive of the main airflow, and the qualified micro powder is discharged outside the machine through the classification turbine with the airflow and captured by the collection device; Unqualified coarse powder is driven back to the simple wall by turbine blades under centrifugal force and returned to the crushing zone for further grinding.
